Q=hello guys
i have a small VPS and run a shared hosting on this VPS , someone purchased a shared plan and Cpanel module automatically has created an account for him but when i try to restore his backup through WHM i get an error , it say "this domain exist on Apache" and restoration has failed
how can i restore backups on shared hosting?
ans=If I remember correctly, you also have an overwrite option when restoring a backup, so the backup data will overwrite the existing (empty) account. In this case you wouldn't need to delete the old account first.
As for WHMCS module, just make sure the username/domain is corresponding to WHM, that should do it, I think.
